Vetrere: “Kemelios was born!”

1
A proud Anna Maria Bruni, owner with her sister Francesca of the family farm, meets us with a big smile to announce that Kemelios! was born!: “We have been working at this project for the past three years! We passionately wanted to produce a wine to be the best expression of our Negroamaro and Malvasia grapes, of our land. It took three years to obtain the wine we dreamed of: Kemelios! Powerful and elegant, with no concessions to “fashionable high residual sugar”. We felt that time was mature to dare, to show what Puglia is able to offer to the wine world.

The name Kemelios is the name that Alcaeus gave to Dionysus in his most beautiful lyric. It means “Wild God of the Woods”. “To sign this bottle we decided to put our family coat of arms on the label: the image of the bear that represents the Mazzalorsa Family. This is how proud we are of this wine”. Enjoy it with your important meals, with game, with any red meat dish. Try it with aged, strong cheese.
