It ‘s interesting to read what they wrote in the Mastri Birrai Umbri website describing their mission: “We want to create craft beers unique and sophisticated in their style as well as perfectly integrated into the logic of the agricultural chain that we have implemented in our properties in Umbria. We want to produce beers with high drinkability and unmistakable originality this is the touch we like to give to all of our products” . Mastri Birrai Umbri’s beers are unpasteurized and unfiltered, made using specialty malts, barley and legumes and grains carefully selected in Umbria. They are produced using the techniques of high fermentation and secondary fermentation in the bottle to enhances the aromas and taste. The packaging, carefully and originally designed, is perfectly consistent with the quality of the product. One thing to mention, the bottle has a patented design that provides not only for an original shape but also ensures perfect grip when pouring.
