Caber: “Anglerfish tails cooked in Ca’Ber Beer”

With Toasted Almonds and Almond Pesto Here’s a very easy recipe that we received from Erika Caberlon, owner with her family of Caber Beer. It’s a very easy recipe that takes no more than half an hour to make and it’s really tasty. Ingredients: 400g anglerfish tails (fresh or frozen) EV Olive Oil 4 table spoons Slivered almonds 2 tablespoons of regular flour Grated nutmeg (just a pinch) Rosemary (coarsely chopped) Black pepper powder (to yr taste) Fish Stock (one little cube) Ca’Ber Blonde Ale (a small glass) Almond Pesto Carrots (Julienne) Wash the anglerfish tails, wipe them with a
